Domino Brazil Bardot, better known as Lacey Lou
Hooter or BDOH (Black Dog of Harvard), is from Donna’s breeding of
Chloe to Spotweld. She combines the genetics of speed, agility, and
intelligence. She loves to retrieve Frisbees and is in charge of all
extracurricular activities at the Ewing Whippet Ranch. If you can
imagine a Border Collie in a whippet suit, you will have some idea
of what it is like to train this exceptionally bright and driven
whippet. As Patty’s first agility dog, she has endured many fumbled
handling efforts with grace and style. Lacey thinks she could get
titles finished much faster if Patty would just give her the course
map and let her figure out the best way around the course. One of
Lacey’s many interesting traits is that she assists in potty
training pups by barking at them and escorting them promptly to the
door if they start to squat on the carpet. Lacey finished her CRX
racing title and both AKC and ASFA field championship titles with
multiple Best In Field wins in 2009. Also in 2009, she finished her
AKC Rally Novice title and AKC Novice Agility (Standard and JWW)
titles with 6 first placements towards her legs. She will continue
to compete in agility, racing and obedience in 2010 when she is not
busy riding herd on the other whippets.
