Bunnygetter's Tag You're It CGC, TDI  

Turlough was Bruce’s pick puppy from the Bunnygetter litter and the first dog he trained in obedience. As anyone who has trained and competed in obedience and agility appreciates, there is a very special bond that you form with the first dog that you train. You make lots of mistakes as a green handler, but dogs are incredibly forgiving. Turlough was no exception. Under the guidance of dog trainer Frank Foster, we watched as Bruce and Turlough progressed from an awkward pair to a smooth working precision obedience team. The antithesis of his troublesome brother, Turlough was a gem to live with. He used to sleep curled up right behind Patty’s knees. At 13 ½ years old, we lost him rather suddenly despite the best efforts of Angell’s emergency/critical care team. He will always have a special place in our hearts.
